Q1. What is your delivery policy?
All tangible goods are usually dispatched within 4 working days and shipped within 10 workingdays to the shipping address. Separate charges for shipping and handling may apply. Such charges will be shown as a line item on your order form at checkout.
For intangible goods such as digital downloadable items, delivery is usually instant, being available after the payment is confirmed.

Q2. I didn't get my download or service immediately after I paid?
In case you don't get the services immediately after you paid, you can forward the payment confirmation email to our email id or contact our customer care for resolution.

Q3. What if there is a delay in delivery or I don't receive my order?
If the product delivery has been delayed, please contact us and we can open an inquiry for the order. An inquiry puts a temporary hold on funds to the supplier until your issue has been resolved. We require our suppliers to resolve inquiries within 3 business days. We can issue a refund if your issue is not resolved in a timely manner. Q4. What if I want to cancel my order?
You can submit a request to cancel your order at any time prior to shipment or after the delivery. To request a cancellation of your order, you must contact our Customer Service or by email. Please go through our Refund and Cancellation policy
You may receive an email notification when the order is shipped which may contain information such as shipment tracking numbers if available. You can also look up your order to view the shipping status of your order.
